Aydan Terzi started her career as a Technical Painting Teacher in 1990 as soon as she finished her education. After having worked as a class teacher in elementary schools for 7 years, she began to accompany her husband in the sea voyages he was assigned to until 2002 as his occupation required a lot of travelling. She had great a deal of spare time on the ships, so she started her journey in culinary arts thanks to the chefs assigned to those ships, even though she hadn’t taken much professional interest in culinary before. After 2002, she had to take a long break from the voyages, since his husband changed his occupation, thus she wished to take better care of her two sons as their mother.
Aydan, who wished to pursue her dreams, started to improve herself as a restaurant critic and a food blogger. She still keeps improving herself while she successfully manages her Instagram account titled “aydancalezzetler”, where she shares daily post.
She conducts business with a number of companies.
She currently writes articles as a restaurant critic and a travelling gourmet for the Favori Lezzetler [Favorite Tastes] supplement of the newspaper Milliyet.
