As Chefs’ Association, we can evaluate WorldFood exhibition in two aspects. First is its contribution to the promotion of new markets in the branding processes of local and unique products… second is its bridging of international brands and Turkey. The meetings and connections at the exhibition stands will increase the mutual relations of the companies and provide opportunities for establishment of new lines of business and partnership. In addition, the cooperation established between the exhibition and the chefs may also prove to be a good start for the chefs of many more local brands to go into the kitchen.
