Executive Board Member of Sütaş Executive Board Member of BCSD Turkey (SKD Türkiye)

Born in Bursa in 1976, Duygu Yılmaz graduated from Boğaziçi University Department of Management in 1998. She started her work life in 1998 at the Turkey office of PriceWaterhouse-Coopers.

She worked as Group President at Yapı Kredi Department of Financial Planning and Financial Affairs between 2005 and 2008. She started working in Sütaş Group in 2008 as an Internal Audit Coordinator and has been the Head of Audits and a Member of the Board since 2011. She is the Head of the Sustainability Committee of the same group. Duygu Yılmaz is also a Member of the Board at Business Council for Sustainable Development Turkey (SKD Türkiye) and Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD).
